Here are some answers to your questions about how to exchange your El-MIlano Hair Extensions.

We understand that there can be different circumstances for the exchange, including picking the right color which might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unused and unopened El-Milano Hair Extensions for something more suitable. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been worn, manipulated or tampered with.

We are more than happy to accommodate exchange on hair extensions that have NOT been worn, used or tampered with.

You may exchange your Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been used or manipulated with, meaning they have NOT undergone any interactions with, due to which it has lost the original appearance and qualities in which it was originally sent from the factory.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ACCEPT hair that has been used or that has undergone any interactions with, due to which it has lost the original appearance in which it was originally sent from the factory. This is all done for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened and used items for the same reasons.

You must contact us first at (sales@elmilanoextensions.com) within the industry-leading seven (7) day return period, describing the reason for the exchange, with attached pictures and videos if necessary. After our team reviews the case, we will contact you regarding the possibility of an exchange. All El-Milano Hair Extensions must be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging including extensions must not be defaced or manipulated in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

The exchanged items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Used merchandise will not be refunded.

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as El-Milano Extensions will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

We will proceed with an exchange, after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not used or tampered with.

We will provide an exchange on unused hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that we receive your returned hair extensions.

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from.

Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.
